- Returns must include the packing slip generated by this form. Please complete this Returns Form,
which generates a unique reference number.
- Non-Faulty Returns: Products that are not faulty can be returned within 60 days of purchase for a
credit. Where we agree to take back any non-faulty returns we reserve the right to impose a
restocking fee at our discretion.
- Faulty Returns: If a faulty product is identified, please ensure that the product is fully tested
and reset prior to the return. Once the form is submitted, please include the generated packing slip
with your return. Please note that a $125 no-fault-found fee will be imposed if the returned product
is found to be in good working order. Upon verification that the product is indeed faulty, we will
replace the faulty item with replacements of at least the same condition.
- Condition of the Product: Where possible, the product must be returned in its original packaging,
with all accessories and parts included. For non-faulty returns, the product must be in its original
condition, free of any scratches, marks, or damages.
- Exclusions: The following products are excluded from our returns policy: customised products,
consumables (such as batteries), non-stocked items and software.
